Great for social and wedding events, High Rollers offers a multitude of group entertainment packages. We specialize in fun events and offer delicious food stations, craft beer & more. This is not your average group service. Our dedicated sales team takes care of everything, work with a professional Sales Manager to bring your event vision to life.

*With a semi-private event (All Lane Rental, All Lane + Billiards Hall or Billiards Hall booking) the venue remains open to the public. This means music is controlled by the venue manager and microphone use is not permitted.
If we do not have the AV equipment you require, rentals can be arranged through Freeman AV Banff. Please note, certain restrictions on AV, sound and microphone use apply to different rooms and types of bookings. Please confirm what is permitted with your Sales Manager.
1. A signed event contract & online credit card authorization form are required to complete any group booking.
2. ‘All Lane Rental’, ‘All Lane Rental + Billiards’ and ‘Billiards All Night Rental’ packages are subject to a 30% non-refundable deposit that will be automatically processed 60 days prior to the event date. All other party packages are not subject to a deposit.

5. We require a final guest count 7 days prior to the event date. After this time you will be charged the full price of the set menu for any ‘no shows’. Guest count increases are subject to availability.
6. 30-minute grace period for group reservations. After 45-minutes, group is deemed a ‘no show' and you will be charged the price of the menu for the reserved number of guests.
7. Food orders must be finalized no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
8. In the case of separate bills, the credit card provided on the authorization form will be charged the price of the menu for any ‘no shows’ or any charges not paid in full.
9. All events must be paid in full the day of the event, with payment presented on-site. We do not invoice.
10. Bowling and F&B charges are both subject to 20% gratuity & 5% GST. Rental fees are subject to 20% gratuity + 5% gst.
11. Damages: The client is responsible for any damages to or on High Rollers’ property and/or injury to the staff and/or guests caused by the client and/or client’s guests. Please note that verbal & physical abuse will not be tolerated towards any of our staff.
Access Time:
Groups have access to their reserved areas for the reserved times only.
For private venue hires, the earliest access to the venue is 4:00 pm on weekdays or 5:00 pm on weekends unless specially arranged with your Sales Manager. Last call at 1:00 am. Event finish time 1:30 am.
