Dinner is held in the roundhouse, where a roaring fire and live music await. Our Western menu features house-smoked Alberta beef, cedar-plank salmon and homestyle sides, paired with locally crafted spirits and beers. Starting from $699, exchange vows in a private mountain meadow ceremony, surrounded by your closest friends and family. Celebrate with a champagne toast & passed appetizers as you mingle on the meadow green. Suitable for 6-200 guests.

Package Details

Private location with 360 degree mountain views. Mountain view meadow rental is available from 10:00am-3:00pm. Site must be completely clear by 3:00pm. No decor or chairs included - must be rented and set-up by event rental company. Limited on-site parking. Private transport required (referral option available).

Audio Visual & Music

We encourage you to embrace the true backcountry beauty of our venue. There is no audio visual or sound equipment on site. This includes speakers, microphones, television screens and projectors. DJs and bands are a great enchancement to any event and we have an excellent list of local entertainers.

DECOR POLICY

Our standard table set up includes red & white checkered overlays, black horseshoe lantern, red & white checked linen napkin cutlery rollup, blue enamel dinnerware & glassware. We offer 4 table decor upgrades - pricing varies by package. Please ask our Events Manager for options & pricing.

WEDDING CAKES

We do not make wedding cakes, however there are many exceptional bakers within the Bow Valley and we would be happy to make local recommendations for a professional wedding cake should you require one.There is a cake cutting fee of $3.50/person to have the cake served and plated for guests. There is no charge for cupcakes and guests are responsible for the set up of a cupcake station.

Yes, Mount View Barbecue is a stunning location for an outdoor ceremony and we offer ceremony packages starting from $699.
