Audio Visual & Music
We encourage you to embrace the true backcountry beauty of our venue. There is no audio visual or sound equipment on site. This includes speakers, microphones, television screens and projectors. DJs and bands are a great enchancement to any event and we have an excellent list of local entertainers.

Wedding Specific Information
DECOR POLICY
Our standard table set up includes red & white checkered overlays, black horseshoe lantern, red & white checked linen napkin cutlery rollup, blue enamel dinnerware & glassware. We offer 4 table decor upgrades - pricing varies by package. Please ask our Events Manager for options & pricing.
WEDDING CAKES
We do not make wedding cakes, however there are many exceptional bakers within the Bow Valley and we would be happy to make local recommendations for a professional wedding cake should you require one.There is a cake cutting fee of $3.50/person to have the cake served and plated for guests. There is no charge for cupcakes and guests are responsible for the set up of a cupcake station.
MAY WE HOLD OUR WEDDING CEREMONY AT THE RESTAURANT?
Yes, Mount View Barbecue is a stunning location for an outdoor ceremony and we offer ceremony packages starting from $699. Exchange vows in a private mountain meadow ceremony, surrounded by your closest friends and family. Then celebrate with a champagne toast and passed appetizers as you mingle on the meadow green. Our outdoor ceremony space is suitable for 6-200 guests, rental available from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Site must be completely clear by 3:00 pm. Private transportation is required as on-site parking is very limited. Please inquire with our Sales Manager for more information and package pricing.

Yes. Each roundhouse has a stage for live entertainment and ample space for dancing.
