Can I use eGift Cards at all Banff Hospitality Collective restaurants?

Absolutely! You can use e-gift and physical gift cards at all Banff Hospitality Collective restaurants.* This includes the Park liquor/retail store, online take-out orders, and bowling at High Rollers and karaoke at Hello Sunshine! Note Gift Cards not valid at Dancing Sasquatch or Mount View Barbecue or Park online store.

When will my recipient receive their eGift Card?

Your eGift Card will be emailed on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most eGift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, eGift Cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date.

I want a printed eGift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?

There is a "Print Gift Card" option in the digital gift card link that allows you to easily print the gift card.

Can I buy an eGift Card for myself?

Yes. To do so, go to the "Email" tab underneath "How would you like to deliver your eGift Card?" On this tab, enter your own email address in the "To" and "Confirm Recipient" fields. You should also enter your own name as the "recipient name" in the eGift Card preview area at the top of the page. Complete the transaction normally. When you receive your eGift Card alert via email, follow the instructions in this message to retrieve and redeem your eGift Card.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa/Mastercard/AMEX credit cards.

Are eGift Cards refundable?

Once the eGift Card card has been purchased, it is non-refundable.

Are there any fees associated with the eGift Cards?

No. There are no fees associated with eGift Cards. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card and shipping. eGift Cards are sent via email and incur no shipping charges.

Can I change the value of a gift card after I've paid for it?

Not at this time.

Do electronic gift cards expire?

Regularly purchased eGift Cards (not bonus cards) do not expire. Donations, bonus, and promotional gift cards have a fixed expiration date.

Bonus, promotional and donation cards:

Bonus gift cards issued as part of the 2024 Black Friday Sale or Last Minute Gift flash sale are valid for use from January 6th, 2025 to April 30th, 2025. Other promotional or donation cards may also have an expiry date.

Can I use a eGift Card to pay for my group booking?

A maximum of up to $300 in eGift Cards may be applied to BHC private group events.

Are there any restrictions on purchasing cards?

Yes, there is a maximum limit of $2000 for each transaction.

Do the gift cards expire or have any fees?

Purchased Gift Cards do not expire. Promotional / donation cards may have an expiry date. There are no fees charged to the customer for any type of Gift Card.
